Job summary

Azelis Group in Poznań seeks an experienced communications professional to lead regional internal and external communications. You will partner with regional leaders to craft messaging, plan campaigns, and safeguard brand standards across channels.

Responsibilities include creating compelling content, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting digital tools and social media with a focus on engagement and consistency with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate/internal communications or PR.
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Digital proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cascade group and regional communication initiatives.
• Identify and develop regional communication opportunities (success stories and business updates).
• Safeguard brand and messaging for updates, events and engagement.
• Build relationships with regional leaders for planning and execution.
• Advise stakeholders on messaging and channel selection.
• Distribute press releases; coordinate external communication with leadership.
• Develop regional content for social media and monitor performance.
• Ensure communications align with brand standards and governance.
• Stay informed about trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
