• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with 3-4+ years in cloud transformation roles.
• Strong technical background in Azure IaaS, cloud-native tooling, and infrastructure methodologies.
• Experience in delivering enterprise-scale cloud migrations and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the regional transformation lead for NAM & LAM, assessing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineers on cloud migration plans.
• Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps aligned with enterprise cloud strategy.
• Track transformation activities using Agile methodologies.
