Job summary
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Regional Productivity & Improvement Specialist to lead continuous improvement, automation, and AI initiatives within HR Shared Services in the EMEA region. You will partner with operational teams to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements, bridging HRSC operations with global productivity standards.
The role features a hybrid schedule with three days in the office weekly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3+ years in HR Shared Services, Operations, Process Improvement, HR Technology, or related areas.
Responsibilities
- Own improvement and automation pipeline for the region.
- Identify and prioritize HRSC process improvement opportunities in EMEA region.
- Align improvements with regional leadership and global standards.
- Track progress, outcomes, and benefits realization.
- Lead regional productivity projects from idea to implementation.
- Support CI initiatives like Lean, standardization, and simplification.
- Prototype digital solutions using Power Platform and AI tools.
