Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Talent Consultant for the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, based in hybrid Katowice (ul. Francuska 46). The role focuses on recruiting profiles across the EMEA region, reporting to the Manager, Regional Talent Acquisition - EMEA.

This is an employment contract for maternity leave replacement. You will lead recruitment processes, source candidates by various methods, screen and interview, and negotiate offers, while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• Proactive, enthusiastic approach.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours for US/APAC meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct kick-off meetings with hiring managers and maintain positive relations throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead, plan and complete recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through ads, direct search, and other techniques.
• Screen candidates, participate in interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
• Source, identify, and recruit candidates for employment.
• Creating a clear pipeline.
• Conduct employment advertising campaigns and programs.
• Review research data on assigned projects, including agency performance.
• Work with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search, and internet sourcing tools.

Job Description

As a Talent Consultant and important part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, you will focus on recruiting profiles throughout the EMEA region. You will work hybrid in Katowice (ul. Francuska 46). You will report to the Manager, Regional Talent Acquisition - EMEA. *Employment contract for the duration of a replacement for an employee on maternity leave.

Your Responsibilities

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• Proactivity and enthusiasm, qualities that align perfectly with the demands of our profession.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours on an occasional basis for meetings with the US or APAC regions.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Preffered 3+ years of experience of end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience using WorkDay.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insight.
• Experience working with external job portals and recruitment agencies.
• Experience organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs.
• Proficiency in another European language.
