Job summary

Panasonic Europe B.V. in Warsaw is seeking a Recycling Reporting Specialist to manage data-driven reporting for WEEE, packaging, and batteries across Poland and nearby countries.

You will prepare documentation, handle recycler invoices, and generate cost allocation reports supporting sales teams during audits. The role requires strong Excel skills, 3+ years in reporting, and collaboration with suppliers; English fluency is essential, with additional languages welcome.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Recycling reporting for WEEE, packaging and batteries in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria (possibly also in a few other countries)
• Preparing reporting documentation
• Managing recycler invoices
• Creating recycling cost allocation reports for sales organizations
• Supporting Sales Organizations during audits/ inspections for contracted WEEE, packaging and battery schemes
• Recycling scheme communication/collaboration: monitoring of any new developments/updates for national contracted WEEE, packaging and battery recycling schemes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Min. 3 years of professional experience
• Profound experience in reporting and data management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools, particularly Excel
• Experience in managing suppliers on a day to day basis
• Fluent in English, additional language would be an asset (e.g. German, Spanish and/or French)
• SAP knowledge with key focus on SAP REA (Recycling Administration
• Very good communication skills
