YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily exchange with service providers such as ocean carriers and freight forwarders in Europe regarding rate agreements, service provider selection, and lead time control
• Communication with our customers regarding recurring operational issues to identify and agree on solutions
• Communication with service providers to verify that requirements and contractual obligations are understood and met
• Escalation of massive service failures or issues that require agreement on measures
• Support of SAP system maintenance (A4P; B4P, PAP)
• Handling of ad hoc freight requests from customers at sales companies
• Support or clarification of invoice claims with service providers to ensure a smooth self‑billing process and maintain possible ad hoc rates in the system
• Communication of freight cost claims between affected Panasonic departments and colleagues in Asia, if necessary

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international supply chain and related parties (shipper, transport service provider, customs, receiver)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of supply‑chain processes
• Experience communicating internal and confidential information with external counterparts
• Understanding of external processes of service providers to demand the highest level of service
