Job summary

Magna Seating in Poland is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to manage recruitment workflows across Europe. You will publish job ads, source candidates, screen applications, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Working with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, you will support employer branding campaigns and analytics, while upholding GDPR and privacy standards as part of Magna's commitment to integrity.

Responsibilities

• Managing workforce planning requests and recruitment requisitions
• Creating and publishing job advertisements through ATS, job boards, and the Magna Career Site
• Proactively sourcing candidates using databases, LinkedIn, and recruitment campaigns
• Screening applications and conducting phone interviews
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Preparing employment offers and recruitment documentation
• Supporting Talent Acquisition reporting and recruitment analytics
• Coordinating employer branding activities and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across Europe
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
