Job summary

Dentons Business Services EMEA is seeking a proactive and results‑oriented Resourcing Administrator to join our UKIME Resourcing Operations team. In this role you will be part of the wider HR Operations Services group, providing dedicated operational support to the UKIME Resourcing team and leveraging experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

- Operating in the UK time-zone with working hours 10:00–18:00. Hybrid model with Warsaw office presence 1–2 times per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in working in an HR department.
• Experience handling high volumes of administrative tasks.
• Experience in law firm, corporate environment, recruitment agency or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vacancy management: create and manage vacancies in ATS and postings.
• Interview coordination: schedule high volumes of interviews and brief stakeholders.
• Offer and contract production: prepare and issue letters and contracts.
• Assessment administration: organise online psychometric assessments and track progress.
• Job description administration: maintain current job descriptions in house style.
• Data integrity: maintain accurate data in ATS and HR systems.
• Stakeholder liaison: act as contact for agencies and applicants on logistics.
• Status reporting: provide updates to Resourcing Advisors and Head of Recruitment.
• Invoice processing: ensure HR invoices are coded and processed on time.
• Service level adherence: complete tasks within SLAs.
