Job summary

Dentons Warsaw is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Support professional to join the UK, Ireland & Middle East Marketing & Business Development Team on a 12-month fixed-term civil contract. The role requires 32 hours per week and operates in a hybrid model with 1–2 days in the Warsaw office.

You will help maintain BD systems, update materials and assist with pitches, proposals, meetings, and directory submissions, while delivering accurate, well-organised support across the team.

Qualifications

• English C1 level required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain clear record-keeping systems including databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining BD systems and information: update Radar opportunities and pitch records, credentials, mailing lists, and contact info.
• Maintaining core BD and marketing materials: refresh brochures, pitch templates, credentials, trackers, and shared folders.
• Pitch and proposal administration: prepare folders, templates, collect credentials, run internal checks, and update trackers.
• Meeting and team administration: schedule meetings, prepare materials, circulate papers, and track actions.
• Legal directory support: assist Chambers, Legal 500 submissions, track information and maintain referees.
• General day-to-day BD support: formatting documents, gathering information, and coordinating materials.
