Job summary

SC Johnson in Warsaw is seeking a customer-focused Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business groups, partnering with hiring managers to drive sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.

You will use direct sourcing, referrals and networking, while leveraging data to improve hiring outcomes. Fluent English is required; experience with Workday ATS and multi-role management are essential.

• Bachelor's degree and experience in corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting
• Perfect level of English
• Experience with an ATS (preferably Workday) sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Confident using AI tools to improve sourcing, research, and recruitment efficiency, with responsible use of data and human judgment

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, finalist recommendations and offer-stage support within defined service and performance expectations
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, key stakeholders, community organizations and Talent Acquisition colleagues
• Develop and maintain networks of prospective and passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs
• Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues to develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment processes, policies and effective hiring practices
• Support the HR organization with relevant and consistent training related to recruitment, hiring, employer branding and social media use
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator on interview scheduling and candidate logistics
• Track recruitment activity and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on open roles and recruitment results

Overview

The SC Johnson Talent Acquisition team is looking for a customer-focused Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business groups, partner closely with hiring managers and contribute to sourcing, recruitment strategy and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will lead recruitment from candidate identification through selection and hiring. You will use a range of sourcing approaches, including direct sourcing, referrals and networking, while providing hiring managers with guidance on recruitment processes, policies and effective hiring practices.

You will also use recruiting data and market insights to support high-quality hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.

You will work as part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team alongside Senior Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.

The team focuses on candidate search and placement, process improvement and recruitment strategy, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and service to internal stakeholders.
