Job summary

DC People is seeking an experienced recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition for a fast-growing organization. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, rigorous candidate evaluation, and close collaboration with leadership to forecast hiring needs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruitment experience across data centers, construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors, with strong ATS and sourcing tool proficiency. This remote role is based in Poland and supports high-volume hiring.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Background sourcing for Data Centers, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with heavy industry roles (project managers, MEP engineers, site superintendents, estimators, health & safety officers).
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings and automation.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.
• Candidate Evaluation: Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical alignment and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership to understand capacity forecasting and skill needs.
• Conduct competency-based interviews using structured STAR techniques.

Job description

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, job boards, and niche professional communities.
• Candidate Evaluation: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure both technical alignment and cultural fit for a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand their capacity forecasting and skill requirements.
• Conduct competency-based interviews using the STAR method.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Industry Domain Expertise: A definitive background sourcing for Data Centers, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with heavy industry job functions (e.g., project managers, MEP engineers, site superintendents, estimators, health & safety officers).
• Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings) and Automation
• Agility: Proven success working in a high-volume, fast-scaling environment where priorities can shift quickly.
