Job summary

AmRest is seeking a Real Estate Services Manager to support the growth of our restaurant network through coordinated Real Estate processes, project data management, and collaboration with local and international teams.

This role combines project management, data analysis, and process coordination to support business growth and operational excellence, offering an independent role with a real impact on Real Estate operations and processes in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Development, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Real Estate projects throughout the entire project lifecycle from planning to reporting.
• Support the Real Estate Managers team to deliver projects on time and within standards.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of project data across systems.
• Coordinate investment approval processes with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations and materials to aid decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency.
