Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Development, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, enabling effective work in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Real Estate projects through lifecycle from planning to reporting.
• Support the Real Estate Managers team in delivering projects per standards, timelines, and objectives.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of project data across systems and databases.
• Coordinate investment approval processes and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials to facilitate decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness within Real Estate.
