Job summary

Colliers International in Warsaw seeks a Financial Analyst to perform advanced financial analysis and modeling to support a client account. You will help optimize real estate strategies and present insights to clients in a cross-functional team environment.

The role requires strong Excel and analytical skills, experience with VBA, and the ability to communicate effectively in English within an international setting.

Qualifications

• BA or higher in finance or related areas.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Excel: advanced functions (lookup, index, sumproduct).
• Moderate VBA coding experience beyond macros.
• Proficiency with MS Access and other Office apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in consulting, real estate, capital markets or banking.
• Proactive, able to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and improve highly-customized financial models to analyze occupancy alternatives.
• Optimize client's real estate strategy by providing customized analysis of different scenarios.
• Participate in regular client meetings to review alternatives and provide advice.
• Present financial models to clients; engage with Client and Account teams.
• Review lease documents for inputs in financial models and manage lease database data.
• Work in a project-based team environment with daily cross-team cooperation.
