Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in portfolio analytics, financial analysis, consulting, real estate or related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience developing reports, analyses, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial principles and analytical modeling techniques.

We are looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to join our team in Warsaw. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, analytics, and real estate decision support. You will work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and transaction professionals to deliver actionable insights, support strategic initiatives, and help drive portfolio performance across a global real estate portfolio. We are seeking a professional with prior experience in analytics, finance, consulting, real estate, or a related field who can quickly become a trusted contributor in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support portfolio strategy initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in portfolio analytics, financial analysis, consulting, real estate, corporate finance, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Experience developing reports, analyses, and presentations for business stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial principles and analytical modeling techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms as part of daily professional work.

• Exposure to VBA, Microsoft Scripts, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or other analytical and automation tools.
• Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or client-facing environment.
• Understanding of lease administration, portfolio data management, occupancy planning, or real estate transactions.
