Job summary

BAUMAX Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Foreman / Construction Engineer to supervise shell construction, manage teams, and guarantee quality and safety compliance on site.

The role requires higher education in construction, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. A valid B category driving license is also expected.

Qualifications

• Higher education with a construction profile.
• Independent in action and well organized work.
• Experience in leading teams of construction workers.
• Driver’s license category B.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction work per project documents and health and safety rules.
• Quality control of work and technical documentation.
• Supervise proper execution of construction works and manage subordinate brigades.
• Monitor and control ongoing construction costs.
• Prepare estimates, preliminaries, calculations.
• Report progress to management.
• Participate in project handover/acceptance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and coordination of construction work in accordance with project documents, construction law and health and safety rules.
• Quality control of work and technical documentation.
• Control and supervision of the proper execution of construction works.
• Managing the work of subordinate brigades.
• Controlling the cost of ongoing construction.
• Controlling the cost of ongoing construction. with the running of construction sites.
• Preparation of estimates, preliminaries, calculations.
• Reporting to management on the progress of the work
• Participation in construction acceptance

Requirements:

• Higher education with a construction profile.
• Independent in action and good organization of work.
