Progressive is seeking a hands-on site coordinator in Poland to supervise daily construction activities on site and coordinate with contractors. You will manage contractor performance, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and track progress and issues to closure.

You will maintain project documentation, support commissioning and handover, and ensure compliance with HSE and risk management requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Manage contractors and ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and track non-conformities through to closure.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and support project handover.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and risk management requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and as-built records.
