As we are building our position as a Rare Disease leader, we seek a Rare Diseases Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Team in Poland. The Marketing Manager is a full‑time position, responsible for developing and implementing rare disease brand strategies.

What you will do?

The Marketing Manager will work very closely with the Business Unit Director and National Sales Manager to deploy and adapt the AZ brand strategy to the local market, including tactics and execution.

The Marketing Manager will lead and supervise creation of relevant brands marketing strategies and it’s execution to maximise potential behind RD portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads strategy for assigned brands: brand planning process in context of competitive landscape (message, programs, key initiatives). Ensure clear communication of brand strategy to Field Force.
  • Provides guidance to Senior Management Team regarding investment to maximize performance given different context in local markets. Prepare forecast during business planning process, input to Business Unit Director with consistent assumptions
  • Develops launch plan & promotional campaign according with brand strategy. Develops and coordinates key programs (e.g. Adherence, Train the Trainer). Engages Brand Team and own activity plan to implement brand strategy
  • Develops and implements KOL management for priority marketing objectives
  • Buliding cross‑functional cooperation in order to achieve marketing goals
  • Manages budget for assigned brands and projects
  • Demonstrates business ethics and ensure active respect of company values, business ethics, local laws, policies and Marketing procedures. Ensures all activities and responsibilities are carried out in compliance with the high standards of ethics and integrity required by the Code of Conduct, supporting Policies and Standards and Company Values to protect and enhance long term performance and reputation
  • The Sales Manager leads, coaches and develops the team of Key Account Managers, in order to achieve a market leading position by delivering budgeted or above growth, sales, contribution and market share through proactive identification of business opportunities, communicating value propositions aligned to partner needs and objectives and recommending solutions to drive and develop Rare Disease portfolio.
  • Other duties within position’s scope, as assigned by Line Manager
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Significant pharmaceutical commercial experience with a strong performance track record
  • Strong marketing leadership with a successful track record of growing market share as well as preparing for and successfully launching new products and brands. Creative marketing capabilities together with rigorous commercial business sense
  • Building efficient relations with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Significant Pharmaceutical experience within Rare Diseases will be an asset
  • Fluent in English
