You will source creators, coordinate designers, and deliver high-quality assets for UA testing with a 24–48 hour turnaround. • Strong multilingual communication and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source UGC creators, editors, animators, and designers worldwide.
• Negotiate pricing and deadlines for ad production.
• Lead fast calls with creators and production partners.
• Provide clear briefs and actionable feedback on assets.
• Evaluate creative quality and performance drivers.
• Coordinate designers, editors, copywriters, and animators.
• Manage deadlines, priorities, and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with UA on creative testing and iteration.
• Maintain production templates and processes.
• Deliver assets in Meta, TikTok, Google, and Webshop formats.
