Job summary

voestalpine Signaling Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer (K/M) to support the development of railway traffic control systems, especially for control cabinets.

You will work as a technical expert with clients, R&D teams, project, testing and production units, driving architecture decisions and integration interfaces. We expect a technical degree, 3+ years in product development, and strong English communication; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in automation, electronics, computer science, telecommunications, rail transport or related fields.
• At least 3 years' experience in a technical role involving development of products such as control cabinets/systems.
• Ability to analyse technical requirements and design documentation.
• Experience in identifying and implementing technical solutions.
• Ability to conduct technical discussions with clients and partners.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in English; German language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new technical solutions to support railway traffic control systems development, especially for control cabinets.
• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Verify feasibility of new functions and products.
• Contribute to system architecture and integration interfaces.
• Collaborate with international R&D, projects, testing and production teams.
• Support deployment and validation processes for system components.
• Analyse technical issues and propose improvements.
• Monitor tech trends and identify opportunities for product development.
• Assist customers on technical matters and participate in technical meetings/workshops.
