Job summary

voestalpine Signaling Poland Sp. z o.o. seeks a Technical Solution Engineer to support development of railway control systems by identifying, analysing, and implementing new technical solutions.

The role serves as a technical expert working with clients, project teams, production and product development. The candidate will engage with international R&D teams, participate in defining architectures and interfaces, and contribute to deployment and validation of components.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in automation, electronics, IT, telecoms, rail or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical role developing control cabinets or control systems.
• Experience in identifying and implementing technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Search for and evaluate new technical solutions for railway control systems, especially control cabinets.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Verify feasibility of new features and products.
• Contribute to system architecture definitions and integration interfaces.
• Collaborate with international R&D, project, test and production teams.
• Support deployment and validation processes for system components.
• Analyze technical problems and propose improvements.
• Monitor technology trends and identify product development opportunities.
• Assist clients with technical questions and participate in technical meetings/workshops.
