Job summary

Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is hiring an R&D Warranty Engineer to interface with customers, manage warranty systems and analyze returns. You will schedule reviews, provide data-driven insights, and drive problem solving with Valeo teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing, an electronics/automatics engineering degree, and knowledge of CAN/LIN protocols. The role offers hybrid work and broad development within a leading high-tech automotive

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Engineering degree in electronics or automatics.
• Experience in quality department is advantageous.
• Experience with customer portals is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of mechatronics, measurement hardware, CAN/LIN.
• Familiarity with CAN/LIN and data analysis PC applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving techniques.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Direct Interface between Customer and Valeo
• Management of customers warranty systems
• Scheduling and participating in warranty reviews
• Perform analysis of Warranty return
• Providing analysis results including on-line data entry and provide feedback to internal Warranty organization
• Manage and follow problem solving issue related to dedicated Customer
• Follow and validate Customer Warranty cost
• Follow the Customer and Valeo KPI

JOIN OUR TEAM IF YOU HAVE:

• Min. 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Engineering degree in technical area (electronics/automatics)
• Experience in quality department will be an advantage
• Experience with customer portals will be an advantage
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechatronics, measurement hardware, protocols (CAN/LIN)
• Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN) and proficiency in PC applications used for data analysis
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Technical knowledge or ability to learn problem Identification; Techniques, Quality Improvement Tools, Group Problem Solving; Techniques and Fault Tree Analysis
