Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Poland is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead cross-functional, multi-location projects in the energy sector. You will coordinate teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and drive value creation for internal customers.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering or related field and at least 2 years in R&D project management. Fluency in English and experience with gate processes and PM tools are essential; international collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, business, project management or related field.
• 2 years of experience in R&D or technical project management in energy or a similar industry.
• Familiarity with transformers and product development is a plus.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles relevant to the energy sector.
• Ability to analyze project data and derive data-driven solutions.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience with PM tools and gate model is desirable.
• Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural teams.
• PM certifications (PMP, Prince2, CAPM) are a plus.
