Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design and development in an R&D environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, KeyShot).
• Familiarity with Wrike and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Portfolio Management: Prioritize projects based on business impact, resource availability, and market demands.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Portfolio Management: Support the team in gathering metrics and systems to enable consistent data collection and alignment across global teams, driving standardization of dashboards and reporting.
• Portfolio Management: Secure use and understanding of the Portfolio Management Process and set up the training needed for your area.
• Project Planning and Execution: Lead implementation and maintenance of stage gate process with clear governance across all functions and tools.
• Project Planning and Execution: Support the team with planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the portfolio, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, risk management and within budget.
• Project Planning and Execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project prioritization and execution.
• Project Planning and Execution: Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Project Planning and Execution: Implement best practices in project and portfolio management, driving continuous improvement.
