Diverse Consulting Group in Poland is seeking an R&D Lead for Network Capabilities to shape the research agenda and steer advanced telecom initiatives. You will build collaborations with academia, startups, and industry partners to translate research into strategic capabilities.

The role requires strong systems-thinking, excellent communication, and a passion for future technologies. PhD is a strong plus and a degree in CS/AI/Robotics is preferred.

Nice to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Telecommunications, Robotics, Systems Engineering, or similar, PhD is a strong plus
