DCG in Warsaw is seeking a strategic research lead to define and drive the agenda for future network capabilities. You will explore cross-disciplinary paradigms at the intersection of networks, AI, sensing, and physical systems, and translate ideas into tangible prototypes and experiments.

You will build collaborations with academia, startups, and industry partners, identify impactful technology trends, and shape the telecom capabilities of tomorrow.

Formación

• Expertise in network architectures, distributed AI, physical AI, sensing, cyber-physical systems, or autonomous systems.
• Experience in applied research, experimentation, or advanced tech strategy.
• Strong collaboration and ecosystem-building skills.
• Strong systems-thinking and cross-domain mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Passion for future technologies and transformative infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the research agenda for future network capabilities
