Job summary

Concentrix Corporation in Katowice is seeking a Quality Evaluator & Trainer to drive quality standards and continuous improvement across calls, chats, and email interactions. You will monitor performance, identify gaps, and collaborate with Operations and client teams.

The role involves delivering engaging training sessions, coaching employees, and evaluating training effectiveness while ensuring alignment with product and program requirements. This position is on-site in Katowice.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Trainer or Quality Evaluator is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• English and/or Polish language skills considered an asset.
