Job summary

Aptiv Kraków is seeking a Communications Specialist for Quality to support our Quality Communications program. You will help maintain EOS documentation, prepare posts and videos, and manage materials across channels.

You will also contribute to the annual Quality Month campaign and related digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, produce brand-aligned content, and leverage Canva/Clipchamp/Premiere to deliver visuals and videos that reinforce Aptiv’s Quality messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Engineering (preferred).
• Proficiency in Canva, Clipchamp or similar design tools (Premiere); able to produce high-quality, brand-aligned communication assets (visuals and videos).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to turn Quality messages into compelling and accessible content.
• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AS 9100 (not mandatory but preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including data analytics and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Support maintaining Quality Systems documentation and preparing posts, videos, and related materials for Quality Communications across relevant channels.
• Maintain EOS SharePoint site to support document control and global consistency.
• Act as the corporate document controller, editing and publishing procedures.
• Develop and manage corporate-level dashboards and analytics related to EOS document health, training effectiveness and system utilization.
• Maintain EOS related on-line trainings.
• Prepare posts, videos, newsletters, and other communication materials for Quality across relevant channels.
• Maintain and update content on the Quality communication platforms.
• Execute activities for the design and delivery of the annual Quality Month Campaign, including content creation and coordination.
