Job summary

Valeo, a global automotive supplier, seeks a P1 Project Manager for Site Projects at the Czechowice-Dziedzice plant in Poland. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive profitability while coordinating with local and central customer representatives.

English (C1) is required for international reporting and negotiations. You will oversee governance, planning, risk resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic, international environment, contributing to

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Automation, Industrial Engineering and Management preferred).
• Experience managing complex automotive projects (OEM/OES).
• English language at C1 level for negotiation and international reporting.
• Strong understanding of project finance, industrialization processes, and Design to Cost principles.
• Proven leadership, decisive mindset, and ability to handle high-pressure escalations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Project Governance & KPIs to achieve profitability targets, quality, and production milestones.
• Secure and manage project resources; functionally lead project team members and evaluate performance.
• Define and manage the project budget; prepare investment requests and apply Design to Cost.
• Resolve risks and blockers through cross-functional collaboration and escalation processes.
• Serve as primary contact for local and central customer representatives; provide updates and manage changes.
• Lead timing scenarios, project reviews, and high-level PSC reporting.
