Job summary

airSlate is seeking a QA Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of our testing framework and drive quality across teams. You’ll blend strong technical depth with a passion for innovation to keep our testing processes efficient and forward-looking.

With 5+ years in QA and 2+ years leading teams, you’ll shape metrics, shift-left initiatives, and AI-enabled automation while collaborating across hubs in the U.S., Poland, Romania, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, QA engineering, or SDET roles.
• 5+ years hands-on automation with Java and/or JavaScript.
• 2+ years leading or managing QA teams.
• Strong knowledge of testing metrics and best practices.
• Experience with AI tools to optimize testing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

And now we’re looking for a QA Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of our testing framework and drive quality excellence across teams. You’ll combine strong technical expertise with a passion for innovation, ensuring that our testing processes remain efficient, reliable, and forward-looking.

What you’ll do:

• Refactor and maintain the existing test automation framework.
• Implement and track key metrics for automated test coverage and performance.
• Design, write, and maintain automated tests.
• Integrate and apply AI tools to enhance automation workflows.
• Analyze development test coverage and ensure quality consistency across teams.
• Design and develop internal tools to streamline and accelerate testing processes.
• Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvements across QA practices.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, QA engineering, or SDET roles.
• 5+ years of hands‑on automation experience with Java and/or JavaScript.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing QA teams.
• Strong knowledge of testing metrics, best practices, and process optimization.
• Proven experience in planning and implementing quality initiatives and change management.
• Practical understanding of “Shift Left” testing principles.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize testing processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
