Luxoft Poland приглашает QA-инженера по ручному тестированию для работы над компонентно-уровневой верификацией в лабораторных условиях и в рамках гибридной модели в Кракове. Вам предстоит работать с Linux/macOS, тестировать встроенные системы и взаимодействие с аппаратной частью, обеспечивая качество на уровне компонентов.

Требуется опыт ручного тестирования и знание JIRA, базовое понимание сетей, а также желание развиваться в области автоматизации на Python и CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Опыт ручного тестирования ПО на уровне компонентов или подсистем; работa с embedded-решениями
• Умение работать в Linux/macOS, владение терминалами и SSH
• Знание JIRA для трекинга дефектов и тест-исполнения
• Базовое понимание сетевых принципов (IP, соединения, диагностика)
• Владение английским и польским языками на уровне уверенного общения

Responsibilities

• Выполнение ручных тест-кейсов на уровне компонентов и подсистем
• Верификация взаимодействий ПО и аппаратной части
• Проведение регрессионного, исследовательского и функционального тестирования
• Документирование тестов и ведение тестовой базы (Confluence)
• Сотрудничество с разработчиками, инженерами по автоматизации и product owner
• Работа в средах Linux/macOS и взаимодействие с физическими устройствами в лаборатории
• Подготовка репродукционных шагов, логов и доказательств
• Идентификация тест-кейсов для автоматизации на основе ручных тестов

Job description

Задачи

• Execute manual, component-level test cases
• Validate individual software components and subsystems before system-level integration
• Perform regression, exploratory, ad hoc, and functional testing
• Validate hardware-software interactions under real-world conditions
• Verify fixes and perform bug re-testing
• Analyze requirements and technical specifications to define component-level test coverage
• Design, maintain, and execute test scenarios and test cases
• Create and maintain test documentation, test scenarios, and knowledge base pages in Confluence
• Ensure test coverage aligns with product risks, component maturity, and sprint goals
• Identify, report, track, and verify component-level defects using JIRA
• Provide clear reproduction steps, logs, and evidence related to specific components
• Collaborate with developers, automation engineers, and product owners during development cycles
• Work daily with Linux/macOS terminal tools, including SSH, ADB, logs, and system commands
• Perform basic network-related activities, including connectivity, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Operate in Linux or macOS environments
• Interact directly with physical devices, cameras, and component-level test setups in the lab and local setup
• Cooperate with the automation team by contributing component-focused test ideas and scenarios to Python-based automated test repositories
• Identify component test cases suitable for automation based on manual testing results

Требования

• 3–5 Years of experience in manual software testing, preferably at component or subsystem level
• Hands-on experience testing embedded systems or hardware-related products
• Strong working knowledge of Linux/macOS, including terminal usage and SSH
• Familiarity with embedded Linux/macOS debugging tools
• Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and test execution
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, connectivity, and basic diagnostics
• Ability to create clear, structured test documentation
• Fluency in English and Polish, spoken and written
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with on-site presence in Kraków
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a component-quality mindset
• Attention to detail and ownership of assigned components
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proactive attitude and willingness to improve testing practices
• Basic experience or interest in Python-based test automation, experience testing camera, video, or multimedia components, understanding of CI/CD concepts from a QA perspective
