Job summary

Systema Polska is seeking a documentation specialist to develop and update technical and operational documentation for HVAC equipment, ensuring accuracy of manufacturer data and coordinating with overseas suppliers.

You will contribute to conformity declarations and CE markings, support product quality documentation, and liaise with engineering, production and after-sales teams to maintain high standards across the documentation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or higher with a focus on engineering.
• Ability to read and analyse technical documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English for liaising with overseas partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and MS Office for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update technical and operational documentation for HVAC equipment, including manuals and data sheets.
• Verify technical accuracy of documentation supplied by manufacturers and suppliers.
• Oversee product quality documentation and support CE marking and declarations of conformity.
• Coordinate with technical, production and after-sales teams; liaise with overseas manufacturers/suppliers.
• Participate in introducing new products into range and into production; support documentation quality.

Job description

• preparing and updating technical and operational documentation (TOD), as well as installation, operating and maintenance manuals for equipment,
• preparing technical data sheets, specifications and other product documentation,
• verification of the technical accuracy of the documentation provided by manufacturers and suppliers,
• overseeing product quality documentation,
• involvement in the process of introducing new products into the range and into production,
• cooperation with the technical department, production, after-sales service and overseas suppliers,
• analysis of the technical requirements, standards and regulations relating to the equipment on offer,
• participation in quality control processes and the resolution of quality issues,
• preparing and organising documentation relating to declarations of conformity, CE marking and equipment documentation,
• technical liaison with overseas manufacturers and suppliers...

Our requirements

• a technical university degree; preferred fields of study: energy, heating, HVAC, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering.
• a good command of English, enabling the candidate to work comfortably with technical documentation and liaise with overseas partners,
• the ability to read and analyse technical documentation,
• the ability to describe technical issues clearly and precisely,
• good organisational skills and attention to detail,
• knowledge of CAD software or other tools used in the preparation of technical documentation.
• proficiency in MS Office.
