Key Responsibilities
- Review supplier quality documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.
- Work within PLM systems and support APQP processes.
- Analyze and verify requests, findings, and recommendations received from the Analyst team.
- Coordinate the supplier quality documentation approval process.
- Communicate directly with suppliers regarding missing information, non-conformities, and required documentation corrections.
- Monitor document status and ensure timely completion of supplier actions.
- Support new product introduction activities in line with customer quality requirements.
- Participate in project meetings with international teams.
- Ensure compliance of processes and documentation with automotive quality standards.
The ideal candidate for this position will have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality-related role within the automotive industry.
- Practical knowledge of the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process.
- Experience working with supplier quality documentation.
- Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Product Quality.
- Ability to analyze technical and quality documentation.
- Very good command of English (minimum B2, preferably C1) for daily communication with international suppliers.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with PLM systems is considered an advantage.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of OEM quality requirements, particularly within the environment.
- Familiarity with PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and other automotive quality tools.
- Experience working with a global supplier network.
