Job summary

Bausch Health's EMO-FARM Sp. z o.o. in Ksawerów, Poland, seeks a QC Specialist to join the Quality Control team.

You will prepare analytical documentation, develop schedules, and maintain spreadsheets while ensuring regulatory compliance across validated methods and testing procedures. The role requires a university degree in chemistry or pharmacy, at least 2 years of QC analytical experience, GMP knowledge, and English at B2 level.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in an analytical QC role.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update required analytical documentation.
• Develop schedules and oversee execution.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets with qualification and validation.
• Evaluate analytical method performance.
• Review validated methods and validation documentation for compliance.
• Oversee laboratory equipment including HPLC/GC systems.
• Monitor ICH guideline updates and quality system procedures.
• Initiate change controls and quality events.
• Plan and execute lab purchases for consumables and equipment.
• Oversee waste management and MSDS documentation.
• Act as Key User for SAP, Trend Complex, and PharmaComplex systems.
