Job summary

EMO-FARM Sp. z o.o., part of the Bausch Health Group, seeks a Maintenance Specialist in Ksawerów, Poland. The role oversees plant systems and utilities, coordinates renovations, and ensures production continuity. It also involves supervising HVAC, FAS, and RO systems, and maintaining electrical installations.

Requirements include an engineering degree and SEP electrical qualifications, with at least two years in manufacturing, strong documentation skills, teamwork, and English at B1 level.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field.
• Valid SEP electrical qualifications (up to 1 kV, Group G1) or equivalent electrical authorization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in preparing production and/or maintenance documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, reliability, and proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive working relationships.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical supervision of plant systems and utilities.
• Coordinating renovation, maintenance, and modernization projects with external service providers.
• Implementing preventive actions to ensure production continuity.
• Supervising operation of plant installations, HVAC, FAS, and RO systems.
• Diagnosing and supporting troubleshooting of failures and malfunctions of machines and installations.
• Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of electrical installations.
• Organizing procurement of materials for maintenance within area of responsibility.
• Managing technical documentation and updating procedures and instructions.
• Performing tasks efficiently and cost-effectively while complying with quality and safety standards.
• Identifying, defining, and implementing improvements within the area.
