Job summary

EMO-FARM Sp. z o.o., part of the Bausch Health Group, seeks a Quality Control Specialist in Ksawerów, Poland.

You will ensure analytical documentation, oversee HPLC/GC systems, and maintain compliance with GMP and ICH guidelines in a collaborative QC team. You will act as SAP/Trend/PharmaComplex key user, manage lab purchases, waste, and MSDS updates, and contribute to continuous improvement through validation and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related science.
• At least 2 years in analytical QC role.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update analytical documentation.
• Develop schedules and oversee their execution.
• Create spreadsheets with qualification, validation and maintenance.
• Evaluate analytical method performance.
• Review validated methods and validation docs for compliance.
• Oversee lab equipment including HPLC/GC systems.
• Monitor ICH guideline updates and ensure quality system compliance.
• Initiate change controls and quality events.
• Plan laboratory purchases including consumables and equipment.
• Oversee waste management and proper labeling.
• Maintain MSDS documentation in the system.
• Act as Key User for SAP, Trend Complex and PharmaComplex.
