Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance / Compliance professional to support the Defence & Aerospace Business Unit in maintaining AS/EN 9100 and AQAP compliant processes.

You will create, maintain, and control process documentation, templates, records, and evidence, and assist audits, nonconformity management, and root-cause analysis across software delivery projects. Collaboration across Quality, Security, Legal, and Project teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in Quality Management, Compliance, Process Engineering, QA, or related area.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 principles, risk management, documented information, nonconformity management, internal audits.
• Experience with structured documentation, procedures, records, and governance.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and delivery processes, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow up on actions independently.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• High integrity and discretion handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
• Polish (native/fluent) and English (minimum B2).
• Ability to work from the Wrocław office and undergo security verification for defence projects.

• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the Defence & Aerospace QMS.
• Create, maintain, and control process documentation, templates, records, and quality evidence.
• Assist in reviewing customer and contractual quality requirements.
• Prepare audit materials and participate in internal, customer, and certification audits.
• Support nonconformity management, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
• Help project teams apply quality standards within software delivery processes.
• Assist the WSK Representative in Internal Compliance Programme activities, records, and training docs.
• Contribute to quality awareness initiatives and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality, Information Security, Legal, Project Management, and Defence & Aerospace teams.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, information classification, and responsible AI tool use.

Required Qualifications:

Nice to Have:

• Practical knowledge of root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and nonconformity management.

• Knowledge of AS/EN 9100, AQAP 2110, AQAP 2210, or AS9115.

• Familiarity with export control requirements and the Polish Internal Compliance Programme (WSK).

• Awareness of NATO/STANAG quality assurance standards.

• Experience in regulated industries such as Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Devices, or Public Sector.

• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

Project Description:

Join Spyrosoft's Quality Management Department and support the Defence & Aerospace Business Unit in delivering software and engineering services compliant with industry regulations and international quality standards.
