Job summary

Daikin Europe Business Support in Warsaw is seeking a Quality Assurance Support Specialist to assist the QA Center EMEA with product quality management across Europe. You will coordinate investigations, support root cause analyses, and help maintain quality reporting using Power BI, Jira, and recall platforms.

The role focuses on operational and administrative tasks, growing to broader responsibilities as you learn Daikin products, processes, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holder, preferably technical, and motivated to learn in an international quality environment.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills to work with QA Engineers and stakeholders across departments.
• Structured, detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate meetings, actions, and follow-ups.

Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

As a Quality Assurance Support Specialist, you will join the Quality Assurance Center EMEA, supporting affiliates and distributors across Europe in Product Quality Management. Working closely with Quality Assurance Engineers, you will help coordinate customer complaint investigations and support root cause analyses of product quality issues across the EMEA region.

Based within the Daikin Europe Business Support team in Poland, you will initially focus on operational and administrative support while developing a strong understanding of Daikin products, quality processes, and business operations. As your expertise grows, you will take on broader responsibilities and contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Complaint Investigations & Parts Return Management
• - Coordinate the collection, tracking, and delivery of parts required for product failure analysis.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Quality Meetings
• - Organize quality meetings, align stakeholders, track actions, and ensure key updates are communicated to headquarters.
• - Handle selected product complaints and requests from affiliates and distributors through the GIB platform.
• Maintain Quality Reporting in Power BI
• - Update quality dashboards to provide reliable and up-to-date data for stakeholders.
• Administer Jira & Recall Platforms
• - Manage user access and support the daily operation of Jira and recall management platforms.

Our Requirements:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Bachelor's or Master's degree holder, preferably with a technical background, who is motivated to learn and grow within an international quality environment.
• Ideally, you possess:
• - Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work effectively with Quality Assurance Engineers and stakeholders across different departments and cultures.
• Organization & Coordination
• - A structured, detail-oriented approach to work, with confidence in coordinating meetings, following up on action items, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Analytical & Technical Mindset
• - Curiosity about technical products, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work accurately with data, systems, and established procedures.
• Learning Agility
• - A strong willingness to develop knowledge of Daikin products, quality processes, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Qualifications & Flexibility
• - A Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in a technical field), strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel occasionally to our headquarters in Belgium for training and knowledge exchange.
