Job summary

Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is seeking a Marketing Master Data Coordinator to manage input and publish new product launches and updates through an online planning tool, aligning priorities with targets.

You will participate in weekly meetings to identify bottlenecks, collaborate with internal and external colleagues, and ensure accurate product data with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree and over two years work experience in a similar domain.
• Affinity to administrative environment and highly accurate work.
• Strong organizational, planning and coordinating abilities.
• Excellent English (written & spoken) and good knowledge of Excel.

Marketing Master Data Coordinator

As a Marketing Master Data Coordinator:

• You will manage and coordinate the input & publishing process of all new products launches and product updates via an online planning tool according to set targets.
• You are able to set the correct priorities together with your team members- You ensure that you achieve the targets set on a weekly basis.
• You participate in weekly team meetings to discover possible bottle necks in the ongoing processes and you look for solutions together with the other team members.

Profile:

• Ideal candidate for this function has a Bachelor or Master Degree together with over two years work experience in a similar domain.
• You have affinity to work in an administrative environment.
• You can work very accurately and you are stress resistant.
• You easily communicate with different parties (external providers, international colleagues, etc.) and have talent in organizing, planning and coordinating.
• You have strong analytical skills and are able to detect and solve problems quickly and independently.
• You keep track of the data enrichment progress on your product group.
• A good command of spoken and written English is essential, next to good knowledge of Excel.
