• Deliver concise, fact-based exception details to identify program issues and defect trends.
• Perform routine to moderately complex testing and control assessment activities.
• Create comprehensive audit trails and document appropriate test conclusions.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, policies, operations, and procedures related to the business unit.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Utilize computer skills effectively, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
