Job summary

LKQ Europe in Katowice seeks a QEHS System & Audit Specialist to drive the Emotive QEHS management system and Quality Document Management System. You will promote AI-supported tools and collaborate across functions, entities, and countries.

The role requires regular travel to sites, ownership of the audit program, and the ongoing improvement of QEHS processes while supporting standardized documentation across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in QEHS, engineering, environmental management, occupational health & safety, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional QEHS quality management and/or auditing experience.
• Experience developing, auditing and improving integrated QEHS management systems and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, coordinate and execute the QEHS audit program across Emotive Group locations.
• Travel to sites to assess management systems and drive performance improvements.
• Promote AI-supported tools for process monitoring, trend analysis, and risk identification.
• Lead root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Document Management System and ensure governance and compliance.
• Establish and maintain a group-wide QEHS compliance system.
• Deliver QEHS training and user guidance across the group.
