The Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) System & Audit Specialist will take responsibility for driving the development, governance, assessment and continuous improvement of the Emotive QEHS management system and Quality Document Management System.
Working across functions, entities and countries, this role promotes consistent standards, effective analysis, organizational learning and sharing of best practices, as well as driving adoption of AI-supported tools. The QEHS System & Audit Specialist takes ownership of the group-wide audit program; evaluating effectiveness, verifying compliance and ensuring that risks and opportunities are addressed sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining, coordinating and executing the QEHS audit program across the Emotive Group’s trade and remanufacturing channel locations
- Traveling to sites in order to assess the effectiveness of management systems, verify compliance, identify best practices and drive performance improvement
- Promoting the adoption of AI-supported tools for process monitoring, trend analysis, risk identification and continuous improvement activities
- Supporting sustainable problem resolution by carrying out cross-functional root cause analysis and ensuring that lessons learned, corrective actions and preventive measures are implemented into organizational processes
- Managing and continuously developing the Group-wide Quality Document Management System, ensuring standardized document structures, governance, version control, accessibility and compliance with applicable standards, while supporting the harmonization of processes and documentation across all Group entities
- Establishing and maintaining a group-wide compliance system for QEHS regulations
- Developing and delivering training, workshops and user guidance on topics relating to QEHS.
Skills and Experience needed
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in quality management, engineering, environmental management, occupational health and safety, business management or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Quality Management and/or auditing.
- Proven track record of developing, implementing, auditing and/or improving integrated QEHS management systems
- Prior experience engaging with stakeholders including senior management, certification bodies, auditors and local operational teams
- Experience with data analysis, digital compliance solutions, audit platforms or AI-supported business tools is advantageous
- Availability and willingness to undertake regular travel
- Knowledge of process management and certification, especially ISO 9001
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated proactive and team player
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish, with further European language(s) advantageous.
