Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. in Ksawerów, POL seeks a Quality Control professional to perform QC testing of finished products and raw materials, with an emphasis on HPLC and GC analyses.

You will prepare analytical docs and support method transfers in a GMP/GLP environment, collaborating across teams. Ideal candidates have a chemistry/pharmacy degree, at least 1 year in pharma QC, strong Excel and analytical thinking, and good English to understand technical docs.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related scientific field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Control laboratory within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Practical knowledge of analytical techniques, particularly HPLC and GC.
• Good understanding of GMP and GLP requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of OpenLab software and SAP ERP (QM module) will be considered an advantage.
• English language skills sufficient to understand scientific and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Performing quality control testing of finished products and raw materials, with a particular focus on HPLC and GC analyses.
• Preparing and maintaining analytical documentation.
• Participating in analytical method transfers.
• Supporting analytical method validation and cleaning validation activities.
• Investigating and documenting OOS (Out-of-Specification) and OOT (Out-of-Trend) results.
• Assessing deviations and non-conformities.
• Supervising reference standards and laboratory reagents, and coordinating waste management activities.
• Overseeing sample retention and archiving processes.
• Monitoring and maintaining laboratory equipment.
