Selvita, Krakow, Poland, is hiring a Senior Analytical Chemist for Quality Control to join our analytical chemistry team. You will perform QC testing on pharma and bioanalytical materials, develop and document methods, and collaborate with clients worldwide in a dynamic, knowledge-sharing environment.

The role requires a university degree in life sciences, experience with HPLC/UPLC, GC, UV-Vis/IR, dissolution and titration, and strong English and Polish communication.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in life sciences: chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology or related fields.
• Experience with chromatography techniques (HPLC, UHPLC, GC).
• Experience with spectrophotometric techniques (UV-Vis, IR), dissolution, titration.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control tests on pharmaceutical and bioanalytical products and starting materials.
• Develop, analyze, interpret results, and document findings per procedures.
• Plan and perform daily analyses.
• Support method transfers and related documentation.
• Interact with clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance of quality control tests of pharmaceutical and bioanalytical products and starting materials.
• Development, analysis, interpretation of the results and registration of them in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Planning and performing daily analysis.
• Participation in the transfer of methods together with the preparation of related documentation.
• Contact with the clients.

Your Background

• Completed university degree in life sciences: chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology or related fields.
• Experience in chromatography techniques (HPLC, UHPLC, GC).
• Experience in spectrophotometric techniques (UV-Vis, IR), dissolution, titration.
• Experience in working with MS would be an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory work.
• High motivation with excellent organization and planning skills.
• Communication and team-working skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Communicative Polish
