Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. in Ksawerów, Poland, is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to perform finished product and raw material testing with a focus on HPLC and GC.

You will prepare analytical documentation, support method transfers, and participate in method validations within a GMP/GLP framework. The role requires a Chemistry/Pharmacy degree and at least 1 year in a QC lab, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with OpenLab and SAP QM considered a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Control laboratory within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Practical knowledge of analytical techniques, particularly HPLC and GC.
• Good understanding of GMP and GLP requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of OpenLab software and SAP ERP (QM module) will be considered an advantage.
• English language skills sufficient to understand scientific and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Performing quality control testing of finished products and raw materials, with a particular focus on HPLC and GC analyses.
• Preparing and maintaining analytical documentation.
• Participating in analytical method transfers.
• Supporting analytical method validation and cleaning validation activities.
• Investigating and documenting OOS (Out-of-Specification) and OOT (Out-of-Trend) results.
• Assessing deviations and non-conformities.
• Supervising reference standards and laboratory reagents, and coordinating waste management activities.
• Overseeing sample retention and archiving processes.
• Monitoring and maintaining laboratory equipment.
