Above And Beyond Aviation Services Inc. is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to join a project implementing an eInvoicing solution for the German and French markets.

You will perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of electronic invoicing processes with a focus on compliance and integration with an external eInvoicing provider. The role involves designing tests, validating archiving and audit trails, creating test documentation, and reporting defects.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in end-to-end (E2E) and system testing.
• Understanding of invoicing processes and eInvoicing is a plus.
• Experience with system integrations (ERP, API, middleware).
• Knowledge of testing standards (ISTQB).
• Ability to design test cases and report defects.
• Experience testing negative scenarios and edge cases.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Very good command of English (C1).

Aufgaben

• Design and execute end-to-end tests for invoicing processes (ERP → eInvoicing provider → recipient → status feedback).
• Test positive and negative scenarios, and error/exception cases.
• Validate compliance with requirements and audit trails.
• Create test cases and documentation; prepare test evidence and defect reports.
• Collaborate with ERP, integration teams, and external providers.
• Prepare test summary reports to support go-live decisions.

We are looking for a QA/Test Engineer to join a project implementing an eInvoicing solution for the German and French markets. The person in this role will be responsible for comprehensive end-to-end testing of electronic invoicing processes, with a strong focus on compliance requirements and integration with an external eInvoicing provider.

Responsibilities :

• Design and execution of end-to-end tests for invoicing processes:
  (ERP → eInvoicing provider → recipient → status feedback)
• Testing of:
  • positive and negative scenarios
  • error and exception cases
• Validation of compliance with requirements
• Verification of archiving and audit trail (traceability)
• Creation of test cases and test documentation
• Preparation of test evidence and defect reports
• Collaboration with ERP, integration teams, and external providers
• Preparation of test summary reports supporting the go-live decision

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end (E2E) and system testing
• Understanding of financial / invoicing processes (eInvoicing is a plus)
• Experience working with system integrations (ERP, API, middleware)
• Knowledge of testing standards (e.g., ISTQB)
• Ability to design test cases and report defects
• Experience in testing negative scenarios and edge cases
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken (C1)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of standards: EN16931, XRechnung, ZUGFeRD
