Qualifications

• Experience implementing process changes and monitoring effectiveness.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities and practical use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop common standards for creating, documenting, executing and reporting tests in the organization.
• Define rules for managing test cases, defects and requirements coverage.
• Development of QA guidelines, templates and good practices.
• Coordinate the implementation of standards in teams.
• Monitor their compliance and effectiveness.
• Identify process gaps and initiate improvements.
• Support teams to adapt new policies and tools.
• Identify areas of the QA process where automation and AI can bring tangible benefits.
• Automate defect analysis and problem diagnosis.
• Develop intelligent reporting of test status, requirement coverage and release quality based on AI tools.
