HSBC in Poland is seeking an experienced QA/Test Analyst to deliver manual and automated testing, create and analyze automation scripts, and document test results. You will work with Production Support, Test Management, Solution Delivery and Business Analysts to ensure clarity of requirements and testing approach.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT systems testing in an international setting, familiarity with banking systems, and strong SQL/SoapUI skills; English fluency and analytical detail

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent higher education.
• At least three years of professional IT testing experience in an international environment; ISTQB a plus.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in banking/financial services is preferred.
• Hands-on SQL and SoapUI knowledge.
• Experience with test management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing activities.
• Document, track test status and log defects.
• Review and analyze project documentation.
• Collaborate with Production Support, Test Management, Solution Delivery and Business Analysts to align on requirements and testing approach.
• Identify issues/risks and escalate as needed.
• Create, run and analyze automated scripts.
