Job summary

Medius Cracow R&D is seeking a junior QA enthusiast to join our cross‑functional team. You’ll contribute to functional, smoke and regression testing while learning how an AI‑driven SaaS platform is built and tested.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, document results, and grow your testing skills in a supportive, meritocratic environment that values curiosity, clarity, and practical problem‑solving. This paid internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced QA engineers,

Qualifications

• Strong interest in software testing and a good understanding of QA fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the role of QA within it.
• Basic understanding of web applications and SaaS products.
• Basic understanding of API testing and tools such as Postman.
• A QA mindset, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and testing approaches.
• English proficiency sufficient for day-to-day work.

• You are at least a second-year student and have active student status
• You are a collaborative team player who communicates clearly and documents work effectively

What We Offer:

Medius Is Committed To Fair And Equitable Compensation Practices. The estimated base salary range for this role is32 PLN / hour. This is a good-faith estimate of the compensation for the position.

Actual compensation depends on a few things: relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and where the role is performed — pay can vary by location because the cost of labour does.

The total package may also include variable compensation (such as a performance bonus), benefits, and participation in other incentive or benefit plans, subject to the terms of those plans and your eligibility.
