Job summary

Architech is seeking a QA Engineer to transform complex requirements into reliable, accessible software. You will test, improve, and ship products with a cross-functional team, ensuring quality across manual and automated processes.

The role requires collaboration with engineers and clients, involvement in Agile delivery, and a focus on accessibility and quality assurance across projects in Poland. Remote-based in Poland, with growth opportunities and diverse, inclusive teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of QA experience in manual and functional testing.
Experience writing and executing test cases and performing functional, system, integration, and regression testing.
Experience in Agile environments with TDD/BDD practices.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for defect tracking and test management.
Working understanding of API and web services testing (REST, JSON, HTTP).
Experience with accessibility testing to meet WCAG and AODA compliance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with software engineers and project team to ensure quality requirements and test coverage.
Write test cases from business and technical requirements.
Execute manual and automated test cases.
Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing.
Log defects and work with engineers to verify fixes.
Create quality status reports and escalate issues to the project team and client.
Approach work with client needs and user perspectives in mind.
